A Hydra-Solids™ Plant gives you and your budget total flexibility. The common wall design allows for the plant to fit the requirements and proposed sit. Working towards improvements, we can fully integrate one train or basin at a time into existing tankage or on a new site as you get your budget approvals.
We design each Hydra-Solids™ Plant with the future needs of the site in mind. You can easily expand with additional basins when needed. No need to build and install multiple trains and spending all of your budget all at once.
To handle sludge, the Hydra-Solids™ Plant takes a piece from the past, the contact- stabilization process.
A Thickener Pre-Mix Basin takes the place of the Contact Basin. It takes the overflow form the Sludge Holding Basins and combines it with the fresh WAS. We prefer a Gravity Thickener for simplicity.
