Air Bridge manifolds offer an elegant and efficient air delivery method to basins. This provides easy access to the air drop pipes and their above-water orifice assemblies. Air manifolds can also deliver air to other basins and equipment where needed. Air balance throughout the system is accomplished with our exclusive SMT one-piece orifice insert that uses no o-rings to fail or separate and can withstand temperatures well over 450 degrees.

The one-piece unit is a mold of high-strength ABS that is impact and wear-resistant. It can withstand heat to over 200 degrees. The diffuser is mounted to the end of a stainless steel drop pipe connected to the air manifold piping at the top and clamped firmly to a lower support member above the diffuser. The diffuser’s air release slots and the shear edge provide consistent bubble size. Directional control vanes and the conical top seal bonnet prevent bubble coalescence. The unique features of our diffusers translate into the most efficient single-drop medium bubble diffuser on the market. Added to this is the superior tank mixing achieved with lower air flows required.
Shear tubes and Draft tubes in combination with our G-O diffusers can provide superior mixing and very efficient aeration of deeper basins at lower blower pressures. The G-O diffuser is particularly suitable for Grit basins, Digesters, and other high-solid applications. The sturdy G-O diffuser provides the excellent mixing characteristics of coarse bubbles with the highest transfer rates for a no-clog medium bubble diffuser on the market. It is currently available in both 1″ and 2″ configurations. In combination with Draft tubes, deep basin implementation is easily achieved.
